Sometimes we just need a long-awaited rest, where we get the opportunity to breath fully, let our shoulders down, a place where we can be ourselves, and feel that smile from deep inside 😌

This retreat will give you more than just silence and inner peace - find deeper happiness in music & meditation, meet new friends, develop yourself, experience the benefits of healthy & tasty vegetarian food, surround yourself in beautiful nature and so much more!

☀️ What can you experience?

We're starting 16:00 with a nice vegetarian meal. After dinner we get together and tell a little about ourselves and what we will do together at the retreat. There will also be some guided relaxation for inner peace and music meditation with mantra, favorites for many :)

This will be the program Saturday - Tuesday:

The aim of this retreat is to experience the whole yoga and meditation lifestyle, a lifestyle which can not only bring harmony to the body and mind - but which can also allow us to experience even deeper peace and joy.

Healthy and tasty vegetarian buffet for breakfast and dinner :-)

Take part in vegetarian cooking and join a cooking class! Learn lots of tips and tricks for healthy and simple vegetarian joy in everyday life 😉 Here we made, creamy pumpkin stew, vegetarian ginger-burgers w/ tahini dressin, various vegetable sauces, juicy-crispy tofu and much more!

Music meditation with mantra gives more than just inner peace -
experience something which makes you smile deep inside 😊

Find time for silence, calm and introspection if you need this.

For those who want self-development and wonder about the deeper questions in life, there will be an opportunity to learn more about the ancient wisdom of yoga.

Practical info

Cost

NOK 3,450 (2,450 for students) covers accommodation, food and all courses. It is possible to join some of the days as well.

Place

Haugen Gård Leirskole, about 1hr 45min drive south from Trondheim. We try to arrange car pooling, but we can also pick you up at the closest bus station around.

Date   

Arrival on Friday 12 at 16:00 and we finish on Wednesday 17 July at approx. 14:00 after we have finished cleaning.

Everyone can contribute what they can, there will be an opportunity to help with cooking, cleaning, carrying equipment etc 😊

Frequently asked questions


Pleaser send us your questions if you're wondering about something. 

We try to organize carpooling to/from the retreat in the best way. We usually fit in the cars, otherwise we will pick you up at the nearest bus stop or ferry quay. Please let us know if you drive, would like a ride with someone, or are thinking of taking the bus.

Indoor shoes/slippers or wool socks to wear inside, towel, comfortable clothes for yoga, hiking clothes if you want, possibly your own yoga mat (if you don't have one, you can borrow one from us), lunch box, earplugs for good sleep.

It depends how many will join, but usually we are 2 in every room

There will be lots of good food for both the breakfast and dinner buffets. If you want a snack, we recommend bringing your own lunchbox that you can fill up from the meals. We also serve fruit and other snacks in between the meals.

We serve delicious vegetarian food, i.e. no meat, fish or eggs (we do, however, occasionally use dairy products). If you are vegan or have any allergies, contact us and we will figure it out 🙂
